We are pleased to welcome litigation attorney Max Beall as our newest associate attorney.

Max Beall

He is a member of our construction law, contractor licensing, business litigation, and government regulation practice groups.

A Phoenix native, Max joined Lang Thal King & Hanson on October 6 after two years of service as a trial attorney in the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable experience in case evaluation and legal analysis.

He earned his law degree at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, he helped launch and served at the Center for Constitutional Design, an experience that strengthened his interest in constitutional law and the structure of government.

During his undergraduate years at ASU, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in history and political science, Max served as a U.S. Senate legislative intern.

Outside of his professional work, Max enjoys running and spending time outdoors with his wife. He has a strong interest in U.S. history, particularly Supreme Court history, and is a member of the Phoenix Symphony Chorus.
